i baught a 94 civic yesterday with a d15b7 of caurse its slow as a 80 year old turtle.but heres the thing i also have a d16z6 motor in my building.dont wanna swap wanna be different.so how can i with out forced induction or nitros can i make it more powerful.do the even make performance parts for these motors any one ever done a build on this motor if so got any suggestions.also will a d16 header fit a d15.
Re: d15b7 help
If you insist on try and building that motor it will not be fast especially without boost or nos. You can get a new engine management, port and polish head with 3 angle valve job, high compression pistons, bore the cylinder out more, oil pump, race header, catback exhaust, intake, and probably a couple other things but you will still only be running about 200 whp or so. Basically k series stock turf.
