Problems with my d15b7

So I bought my ej2 a couple of days ago and found out that one of the pistons blow. A mechanic is offering me another d15b7 with 80k on for $600 with labor included. I don't know if I should just rebuilt the one I have or get that one? Any suggestions

Re: Problems with my d15b7

That offer sounds pretty sweet in my opinion, I heard blown piston is alot in repair cost.
