REBUILT D15b7 WONT START!!!

So I bought a rebuilt d15b7 and installed it all. First it wasn't getting spark so i got a new distributor and solved that problem. Now it just wont start. I tried adjusting the distributor and while messing w/ it it sounded like it was turning over rough and got better or worse as i adjusted it. It sounds like it wants to fire up but just wont. ANY input is greatly appreciated.
