91 civic with d15b7 need help asap!

i have a 91 civic with a 95 d15b7 engine 5 speed manual. my car will not start unless it gets a push start. is the problem the battery or could it be the starter?also do i get parts(starter and battery) for a 91 or 95 civic? please help thanks!

the engine parts would be for the 95, since that's the engine.

thanks ! uhmm also i should mention..the wires connected to the starter are missing i think...i only have one connected and its not in good shape.whree can i buy those wires?and what are they even called...
