civic signal lights

civic signal lights

I have a 1990 civic and i have no signal lights what so ever they dont come on they dont click but i have power in the front two but no power in the rear to fuse is good. Just lookin for some answers.

Does that mean the front signal lights come on when attempting the turn signals???

Has the hazard switch been disconnected ??
