Tranny Problems advice please?

Tranny Problems advice please?
I have a 1992 Civic LX
it is a hydraulic manual transmission but i put it in 1st gear to drive and as soon as i started to pull off it seemed as if it slipped out of gear. It did not move but yet the RPM's and Speedometer moved as if i was driving. But also it has a whinding noise as if it is spinning but not catching. IT WILL NOT MOVE IN ANY GEAR. We just replaced the tranny about 3 months ago. But yet the same thing has happend as the last. Any advice or ideas?
