1.6 NON-VTEC Head - VTEC head swap?

1.6 NON-VTEC Head - VTEC head swap?
Looking at getting a new head since mine might be damaged.. I found someone who has a VTEC 1.6 head from a 96 EX... Will that bolt up and work in my 99 NON-VTEC without too much modifying? Or am I better of searching for a NON-VTEC head?
