How do I fix cut springs?

I recently bought a Honda civic 1996 . I need to get some things fixed with it but when i took it to a shop they had told me my car is too low and unable to go on their rack or whatever. I dont have coilovers and springs are cut. How do i fix this i hate the car being so low!

afraid you need springs...

junk yard have plenty of junk hondas with springs still intact
you wont know if urs were cut or not
i know honda civic stock spring are pretty high either that or the shop must have some monster truck ramp

that sucks all the shops i know of work on lowered cars. but like everybody else said you're gonna need new springs. and who cut the springs? i wish people would stop doing that, you can't be that cheap when it comes to your car.
