Car: 1996 Honda civic EX m/t

Problem:

Passenger window and driver window only work intermittently, It's not a motor, track, or regulator problem(because they work perfect when they are working) and I don't suspect it to be...

Now recently the passenger door lock stop working, pulled the actuator out and the motor works fine off the car battery, but when plugged into the harness, it doesn't work. (No resistance in the actuator harness??)

Now my key remote fob doesn't do anything, and the driver door lock only locks like half way with the door lock switch.

What's going on? This is a super clean car, it literally looks new inside and out. Had it for 6-7 months with no problems(other than the intermittent window problem which came about 3-4 months ago).

Any expertise out there?

How's the wiring looking? Specifically, the wiring that runs between your car and the door. It can get messed up with repeated opening/closing. You need to check under the protective rubber boot.
