Check engine light

My 96 ex is throwing a check engine light I have checked the codes and it says I have high voltage what does this mean and how do I fix it???

The blown fuse was only a SYMPTOM. If you didn't fix the problem (wiring or otherwise) that CAUSED the fuse to blow, you will still have the problem. Probably shortly later on, when it blows again.
