Alarm is Triggering Ignition Lockdown

I have a 97 Civic HX.

I just bought this car about 3 weeks ago. It has what I believe is an aftermarket alarm system, due to the aftermarket stereo. I have tried to turn the alarm off using the key fob, but for some reason thats not working, and the ignition is in lockdown mode, so the key wont turn at all.

It did the same thing about a week after I bought it, when I turned the alarm on, and had to compression start it every time. I got the alarm to turn off that time, but I was just pushing buttons on the Key Fob and it just happened to turn off, and I honestly have no idea what I did.

I tried to located the alarm fuse to kill the alarm, but after pulling that fuse, it didnt do anything to kill the alarm let alone release the lockdown.

Also, I have tried to lock the doors and unlock them with the key, but that also didnt do the trick.

If anyone has any ideas or know what can get me up and running again, I hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks so much!
