2000 Civic power door lock issue

2000 Civic power door lock issue Hello, this is my first post but I feel I've searched everywhere to no avail.
2000 Honda Civic door locks will not work. They will not work with keyless or manual switch. When the switch is activated, I hear a click in the keyless module under the drivers kick panel. I replaced the driver's side lock actuator but still have the same problem. Also, when I hit the lock switch or push down the lock **** (with door closed) I here the click and the dome light goes off. When I then unlock the door with the ****, the dome light comes back on. I'm assuming this is normal function but the light goes off even when the doors do NOT lock using the switch.
I've done all the power lock troubleshooting in the manual and the results mostly say bad actuator. That is why I already replaced that but it didn't work.
