Another alarm question...

Another alarm question...
I believe i have all the wires located and connected...but the alarm calls for a door trigger and a door input wire...the Door Trigger wire is lt. green/red in the factory alarm plug(according to the wiring diagrams i've seen). Where does the door input wire go...
