Hey guys, I am new here, but not a complete noob with Honda Civic's. My little knowledge is of 5th gen Civic's, I dont know too much about the 6th gen Civic's, yet. Right now I drive a 5th gen Civic Ex coupe with factory 4 wheel disc and abs. I am thinking of possibly selling my 5th gen Ex coupe in favor of picking up a 6th gen Hx coupe.

Now my questions. I am assuming the Hx had small front discs and rear drums, while the Ex and Si had front and rear discs that are probably larger. What are the differances between the Hx and Ex brake calipers and rotors? What are the differances between the Ex and Si brake calipers and rotors? If I do end up selling my Ex and get a nice Hx I would plan on putting on the best oem brake setup while staying 4x100. Are the Si front and rear calipers/rotors bigger than the Ex? Do the Hx,Ex,Si coupes have differant brake boosters or master cylinders or anything else besides the calipers and rotors?

Basically, what would be the best 6th gen civic oem calipers and rotors I can put on a 6th gen Hx?

Are the 2000 civic Ex coupe front rotor and calipers larger than the 2000 Hx coupe?

Are the 2000 Si coupe front and rear rotors and calipers larger than the 2000 Ex coupe?

Are the brake boosters or master cylinder etc differant as well?

I am looking for the best 96-00 civic coupe brakes that I can fit onto an Hx coupe.

Anyone know if the 99-00 Si coupe front and rear calipers/rotors are larger than 99-00 Ex coupe?

Or do they have the same size fronts and same size rears?
