Clicking noise when accelerate on front right tire

I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX 4door 5 speed with 200,000 miles on it. bought it with 192,000. Car runs great though!

I replaced brakes all around about 2 months ago.

for about 3 weeks now, when i accelerate i hear a clicking sound from my front right tire. I hear it if i'm a complete stop and hit the gas or if i let off the gas while driving and hit the gas again i hear it also. Any ideas?

Inspect your axle boots for splits.

I agree with Craig. Although, it may not be as cut and dry as that. My axles were gone to all hell, but the boots were still intact. But yeah, that is the first place you should be looking.
