Catback on honda civic 98

My muffler has been rattling really loud when the car is on and when i turn it off and slap the muffler i can hear the same exact noise anybody know how to fix it?

Like something is loose inside the muffler or on the outside?
new stock muffler is pretty cheap

do you even still have the rubber hangers in?
Take to a exhaust shop...

Since question is not about bolt-on performance mods, moving the proper section.
