fluttering noise and loss of power at high rpm
my car seems to be making a fluttering/ticking noise when I'm in high rpms and I seemed to have lost a substantial amount of power while in high rpms, not sure what it could be help!
? How is the air filter? The spark plugs? The fluids?

Yes, the check engine light is for the downstream and upstream o2 sensors, the air filter is a little old but clean and will be replacing it soon, the spark plugs were just replaced, and oil is a little low due to a major leak from the solenoid valve gaskets going bad and or the cam seal, not sure if that has anything to do with it? The sound also gets faster and louder at high rpms.
