Help check engine light on again

Help check engine light on again
Keep getting the check engine light on, says catalytic converter code. Replaced converter 18 months ago so I know it's not that. Next changed O2 sensor, bottom one about 3 months ago. Lite went out car runs fine, now check engine lite on again. Any idea how to fix this issue? What should I check or change next? It's a 1998 civic 4dr lx model

What car is this? Details! Year, model, trim, # of doors, etc.

What is the actual code number?
Replaced it with what? Why couldn't it be that?
What brand did you install?
What brand did the factory put in there?
