Hiccups low rpm under a load

I have a 2000 honda civic DX 2dr 5 speed. Engine has approx 100,000 miles. This has been going on for awhile and has started to get worse. Basically when the car is cold it runs fine and no issues. After driving for 10 mins or so the problem starts. When taking off from a dead stop it seems to hiccup when first taking off. It will do this in any gear when the rpms are low and there is a load on the engine. I will give it gas and it seems to act like it is missing then once the rpms get high enough it goes away.
The old motor I had did the same thing. I bought a new engine swaped all sensors/injectors over to the new motor and the problem is still there. Im assuming its a sensor. I have put new spark plugs in, timing belt, water pump, catalytic converter with 2 new o2 sensors, new fuel filter. Car runs great at idle and over all in general... Just has the hiccup is the best was i can describe it. Gas millage has not changed.
Do you guys know what possible sensors I can check? What are your thoughts?
I did also clean the distribitor cap points as well as the rotor. No change.

Thanks

So...what action do you make that will consistently cause this to happen?
Foot position (TPS) has something to do with it?
Load?
Certain RPM regardless of how far you push the gas pedal?

it seems to hiccup when first taking off.
I will give it gas and it seems to act like it is missing then once the rpms get high enough it goes away.
This seems to describe 2 different conditions (in my mind).
"Hiccup" being a single momentary pause or drop in power output, and "missing" to me is usually a single cylinder quits firing.

Yeah, I know. Overly technical, but that's my job.

What codes does it have stored?

All of them, watching them in the live data list on a real scanner.....or using the snapshot function to take a picture of the data when it acts up.

If nothing stands out at first, I'd probably be closely scrutinizing ECT and TPS first.

I have put new spark plugs in
OEM or cheapo?
with 2 new o2 sensors

Y no new? Y no plug wires?
