replace upper tie bar

replace upper tie bar I got n2 an accident all i need to replace is the hood and light but i noticed the upper tie bar is a little bent down and the light unit wont attach properly...is there a way that i can get a new one or even a used one for a 96 EK if so is just bolted or is it welded to the frame...hit back with suggestions
