Power window and fan question..

Hi,
Two questions.
-power window control panel (driver control) runs all windows except front passenger window (passenger control works to run window). Is this a contact issue, or should I replace switch??
-fan control only works on speeds 3 and 4? Also, fan assembly sounds like it has a bad bearing (took it out and didn't see dirt or issues with assembly. If I need to replace, just look for cheap, or is this like the hood release cable where factory is better??
Thanks in advance.

Re: Power window and fan question..

Probably the master window switch in the drivers door.

Probably the blower resistor set burned the #2 coil open.

Could need a fan motor.

Re: Power window and fan question..

So, are they both a replace or can they be repaired potentially and any tips if so?

Re: Power window and fan question..

Generally, the resistor is in the fan housing very close to the fan blades, and could be attached either on the bottom or the side of the housing.
You don't see the working part of it, you only see the mount and the wires.
Usually on the bottom, and has 4 wires attached.
2 screws.
