(ELD) circut low inout

I have a 97 civic hx vtec-e d16y5 and its throwing this code, does anyone know how to fix this?

replace the ELD in the fuse box if possible, or replace the fuse box if the part is not sold separately. or you can remove the ELD and connect the circuit together. you will get worse gas mileage and the alternator will not last as long tho.
