My daughters 99' Civic LX 1.6 liter motor was running fine when it died the other day while driving out of the blue. Lucky it was a couple blocks from the house and we pushed it home. Turned over fine . Pulled spark plug and found no spark. Registered here on Honda civic forums and found some very helpful threads. Other people who experienced the same problem said it sounded like the coil. Sure enough I changed the coil and it fired right up. Hope this info is useful to others who experiance same problem. I know there are other ignition problems ,but this was mine.
