Dead battery & Stuff
I was ready to go to work, hopped in my car, tried to crank and nothing. I think my battery died cuz i left my amp on for two days. The amp is on a stock hu with the remote cable constantly connected to power. I had it like that for like 5 months and it never died. I was an hour late for work.
After I made it to work, i turned off the ignition and my box started going off, i was just goin booooooooooooooo..... I ran to the trunk and disconnected my remote wire. Is it possible for my box just to go off like that with the radio off?? How can I fix this??

Get a wire tap, and connect your amp remote on to it. On the stock HU I think its the yellow/black wire. There are two problems with connecting your amp to a constant power source instead of a switched one. The first problem, you already found out, is it will kill your battery. The second one is that most amps only need one amp of power for the remote on to work properly. If you have it directly connected to a constant source without a fuse inline, you will eventually kill the amp, cause the remote on function won't work anymore. "No turn on, No BOOM, BOOM!"

Would a constant source of power damage the amp so that it makes my subs go booooooooooooooooooo after i turn of the car and shut the door? After about 5 sec. of the radio being off the box comes on out of nowhere. I does not make music it just rattels boooooooooooooooooooooooo..... This has been happening for about 2 weeks. I was running full crossover now i changed to low pass. After i switched it to low pass it kind of stopped.
OK, first of all, you should have had the lowpass on from the start. You can damage subs if you play too high of a frequency to them, and they sound horrible.
The sound you are getting is because the amp is remaining on after you turn the car off. I would reground, and definately do a new remote wire....at least use a switch in it or something so you can turn it off. It's not good for the amp to be on 24/7....it'll get hot and reduce the operating life.
Fix your remote, and re-ground....you should be all set.

remove the cig. lighter panel and get a wire tap and hook it up to the yellow wire that goes into the cig lighter spot... and hook that up to your amp.. it is an accessorie switch so it will come on when you start your car and you won't have to worry about draining your battery this way. I would avoid hooking it up to your radio's accessorie switch becuase it will draw away more power from it. the cig lighter is the best place and easiest way to go about doing it unless you want to deal with a switch
if you want to be able to turn your subs off while the car is on. run the Remote wire from the amp to the yellow on the cig lighter. and put a switch somewhere between those two places so you can turn the amp on and off while your driving for whatever reason you might need to, and when you turn your car off.. the amp will go off either way.
