Anything wrong/missing on dynamatted QP's?
Subject says it all, I provided the pics of the job I did on my panels today and im just trying to look for opinions on whatelse I should do, if the places I did are alright for when I put my panels back on, and so on.
I got plenty of mat left and just need to do my doors now, I just want to make sure the QP's are ok so I can seal them back up because I really dont want to take them off again, Thanks.

I was going to use foam too but figured it'd be alright if I just dynamat inside and out.. surprising I only ruined 2 clips so far and I only got the doors to do now, but its looking like the ceiling will have to be done soon too (ugh).

to those that have dynaomated their car intereors, or used raammat or brownbread or anything else for sound deadoning.......how much better do you think it makes your sound? Does sound deadening your interior have the same, better, or how much affect on the stereo as would sound deadening your trunk. Should both the trunk and interior be done? I know my rear deack rattles like a lot...........ok so my point is, if i have to start somewhere in the world of sound deadening....and work my way around the car as i can come up with the $$$.....where should i start

It also depends on you're equipment....you obviously dont have to do the trunk if you dont have subs

First off.. don't buy those 'packs' dynamat throws together, they are over priced and under sized in square footage.. rammat is just as good for an awesome price that you can find on EBay, same with brownbread. For our cars, deadening the trunk lid is a must.. I have 3 layers on it and two layers on the back trunk panel. Eversince I've matted my back panels and rear deck I have heard a lot less rattling and a lot more clear bass thumps , which helps when you got a small ported enclosure to begin with... so go buy a whole buncha rammat or brownbread and enjoy the agravation of remvoing panels, taking measurements, snapping clips, and my favorite.. putting the panels back on, but hey you'll have better bass SQ.
