MB Quart DSD-213 vs. PSD-213

is there a big difference between these speakers? because the psd i can get for $279 and ths dsd's i can get for $145 thats a big difference. Im not planning on competing or anything, i just want something that sounds really good. should i get the dsds or psds? thanks for any help you can give me. also, i want a small amp to hook up to my kenwood kfc-x698 6x9's until i get my subs. what do you think would be a good amp? they can handle 300 watts i think. thanks for any help on both topics.

on emore question this is my final one for a while. shoudl i get the mtx thunder 6304 for my 6x9's? can i also hook that up to my mb quart components? Can I get a switch installed so that i can turn my amp on and off depending on what kind of mood im in? and finally, will those kenwood 6x9s pound at all. sorry i ask so many questions, im pretty new at this and jsut want to learn it so i can help others. thanks for your help too.

well worry most about what amp you'll be using for your components..

The PSD's have a larger voice coil, a different tweeter, different crossover..much better sounding.

I have my Excelon X698s running off the same amp, no sub here, they sound pretty good getting 75 watts rms. In front I have Focal PolyKevlars, very nice sounding, I would definately recommend them or the Focal Polyglasses.

About the Bass, it isn't that bad, and it isn't really that good. Once I got the Focal's up front I hardly hear them anymore
