You would want the camera on when you shift into reverse.
Easiest way would be to tie into the reverse lights. Not sure on colors do you have a volt meter?

My backup camera is powered up by the reverse lights.
Why would you want the camera powered up only in Park? The car can't be moving when the shifter is in Park. It would only show you what you already hit.

sorry i mean reverse, is there more elegant way? the camera is connected through i2c to a embedded system, is there anything i can tap into the shift? as the embedded system will be replacing cluster console.
is there a website or dl for all the diagram? worst comes worst i can route the reverse light power back though MOSFET and trigger one of the GPIO to run on..
i have my own designed OS and software, but i need some info how to tap into the info of car, i have experiance with automobile embedded system design engineering, but i never got into the physical interfacing, as that is other department
also is there way i can tap into ignitions or keystart? my embedded system would like to replace the keystart with other method of starting the car

We don't even know what model year involved here.
7th gen (and likely others) automatics use the range switch for reverse lamps switching.
I say get it in rear and bring it forward, find it in harness leading back near the hinges.

You can tap into the ignition at the key cylinder but your going to need a bypass module since the key is chipped. I have a DEI bypass module, wire colors/instructions are included to do the bypass. Wire colors for ignition can be found online (as a guide).
