Exclamation Help! 2004 Civic Ex possible sensory issues?

My battery light has been fluttering on and off when I start the car for the past month. I got a new battery, that didn't work. Now my ABS and Airbag lights will pop on randomly as well! THEN my radio started to fade out when A/C or my blinker was being used... What the heck is going on with my car and does anyone know how much it may cost?! PLEASE help! Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

check your fuses? maybe your battery is getting really weak and you need to replace it? When did you last change that?

Get a volt meter and measure the voltage when the car is running.

It sounds like the new battery is very low and apparently not being recharged by the charging system.
