Help! 2004 Civic Ex possible sensory issues?

Help! 2004 Civic Ex possible sensory issues? My battery light has been fluttering on and off when I start the car for the past month. I got a new battery, that didn't work. Now my ABS and Airbag lights will pop on randomly as well! THEN my radio started to fade out when A/C or my blinker was being used... What the heck is going on with my car and does anyone know how much it may cost?! PLEASE help! Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Get a volt meter and measure the voltage when the car is running.
It sounds like the new battery is very low and apparently not being recharged by the charging system.
