I was checking an old deck of mine to make sure it worked, but I didn't have the harness that came with it. I spliced new wires onto my old harness to test the deck (just temporarily to check functionality), and it didn't work. So fair enough, it was a few years old just sitting there. I then removed the wires I spliced onto the harness (keep in mind that i didn't cut any wires at any point), and my current deck, once reinstalled didn't work, and my keyless entry won't work. My power locks only work when the ignition is on accessory as well. I was thinking that I maybe pulled the constant too hard or something and pulled it out somewhere else. With no wires actually cut I'm not quite sure what's wrong.

any suggestions? any help or advice is appreciated

Thank you, that seems to be the general consensus with others as well, it was too dark to check last night, so I'll check later and post whether or not it worked

Edit: yes, it's 7th gen
