Dim Turn Signals

I bought a used set of TYC projectors that didn't come with the wiring harness and such, but I was able to get everything plugged in and working except for the turn signals. The 7440 base doesn't fit into the TYC's turn signal slot, so I just shoved the 7440 bulbs into the slot and taped them in there. Since the bulbs aren't seated properly, the turn signals are practically useless. Is there anything I can do to fix this or do all TYC projectors come with this problem? Please help! Thanks.

Re: Dim Turn Signals

where can I buy the 3457 socket? And how do I wire it up? I don't plan on keeping this retro for very long, so I don't wanna do anything thats permanent.

Thanks.

Re: Dim Turn Signals

Thanks, I'll try looking on eBay, but TYC doesn't sell single components. Any ideas of what I can do for turn signals in the mean time?
