Parking Light Wires *searched*
What colors are the parking light wires? I was able to trace the color from the actual bulb on an 05 EX and they're green and red/yellow. the12volt lists Red/Black which is not "left of the fuse box". But both of the wires I traced are live (+11.8V) when the switch is off. Is there a relay point that I'm missing? HELP!

The RED/YEL leads are the parking/tail/licence light circuit. Controlled by the taillight relay. This would be reference to chassis ground. (Black wires)
You should only have voltage present on RED/YEL leads with parking or headlights on using chassis ground for meters - lead.

Hmm I metered it again and still have + voltage with chassis as ground. Would this be suitable to route my fogs ? (through a relay, of course)

Is it a full +12 volts or a few volts showing ?? Maybe you could use a 12 volt test light, Some digital meters are super sensitive.
If you are talking about using the RED/YEL lead +12 volts to drive a relay to switch the fogs that should be fine if thats the way you want the circuit wired.

if you give the red/black wire 12v, it energizes the relay and turns on the parking lights, this is what you want to use for your fog lights.

And the Red/Yel wire will NOT work if I don't want the fogs to be always on?

the Red/black wire is common in ALL honda cars. If you look behind any component inside that lights up ie. gauge cluster, radio, cruise control switch, power mirror switch, HVAC control switches, etc. if it lights up at night there is a red/black wire behind it. hooking up your fogs to this wire or directly to the lights outside wont make a difference. Either way you'll have to turn your parking lights on if you want your fog lights on. If you want independent control of the fogs, hook them up to 12v switched so you can turn them on whenever you want.

REP +1 I'll start looking for those. In actuality I'm hooking a SPST between the parking light wire and the fog relay so I can leave the switch in the 'on' position so that it turns on whenever my parking lights come on, but I can also use the switch to turn it off.

red/yel might work provided it does the same thing. but from a technical standpoint, im 100% certain red/black will work.

i went out and looked, and yes, red/yellow is what i'm using. i tapped into it right behind the right headlamp. it was easiest there as the relay is less than 6" away.
