VAFCII/A/F gauge
Well i got both hooked up and prior to me changing any settings the car runs RICH until idle then it runs LEAN, anybody wnat to throw in their 2 pennies

Normally on honda engines you will run lean at idle bc there really is no need for that much fuel since there's no load and it will run rich inthe upper rpms to compensate for the VTEC. What do you mean be rich and lean what are your wideband readings?

i dont have a wide band hooked up just the autometer a/f gauge that i picked up and its pegged out on the rich when i get on it, as soon as i get my header hooked up im going to take my car to stoopidfast here in town and get it dyno tuned

that a/f gauge built in the vafc is not accurate. it gives a good idea of when your rich and lean but nothing more. the only concern you should have with that gauge is if it says lean at WOT.
