I bought a clifford, forget what kind but supposedly best two-way pager out there. and it comes with an auto start. Problem is it says i need to hook it up to the tach? somewhere near the battery? I spent hours looking for a "green wire". I installed this all by myself and just need taht last part and im done. Any help with me great thanks in advance.

Oh my god. so its a blue wire? i went on the site and they told me green. Thanks alot +Rep for you cause i would never have searched tach.

np, a little searching always get ppl somewhere.. there is also an electrical diagram in the DIY section that you can use to wire up alarms and ****..

you could also use the non common wire at any injector or coilpack for your tach signal, but the test port by the battery is much easier
