DVD Question.

I was looking at getting the JVC KD-AVX1 DVD receiver with 3'' lcd screen and adding one 7'' flip down screen for the back seats.I was looking around on this site and I read that they will not play wile the car is in motion.what if the monitor is not in the drivers view? Is there any other wat to make the rear screen play while the car is in motion?
