6.5" Front Door Install Mount Depth HELP

Ok, Have the wonderful CDT Audio EURO 630 UPSTAGE. They are 6 1/2" by 2 7/8" deep.

2005 Honda Civic, COUPE

I have 2 options.

1. Move the front window rail back .25 or .5 inches with a spacer to make the window me around .5" further from the back of the speaker. I am wondering if this will break or mess anything up. Need honest help, not what people think.

2. Leave the window rail where it is and just leave my window .75" up and never roll them all the way down and tell people that ride in my car.

Chris

Ok, the speaker will fit with a 3/4" SPACER but they are braxial, so there is a .5" bracket to hold the tweeter on the speaker.

HINCE my question. WILL IT HURT ANYTHING TO MOVE THE WINDOW TRACK BACK .5"

I would not move it. Work with the speakers and the mounting options.

No one is listening. I HAVE SPACERS. My speaker is 2 7/8" deep, bottom depth, and around 1/2" top depth. Ok, with my magnet barley hitting the window where is is factory, is around 2"'s, so 3/4" spacer + .5" top depth, I still come up short.

So cant just shave or wink, Either move the window track back .5"'s or leave window .75" up to miss the spaker magnet

yeah you can move the window but yer better off just getting a second spacer and cutting the inside of the door pannel a lil bit.. you can shave off about half an inch..
