Exclamation HELP! sub repair!

I just noticed today (not sure when it happened) that the top 1/4th of the rubber part of the sub surround came un-stuck from the metal ring that screws into the box - hope that makes sense.
The subs are kinda old, and the harder rubber/foam thing thats supposed to be on top of that part is not on all parts of the subs.
It looks like I could just like glue it back down because nothing is torn or broken.
Could this be done, and if so what type of glue or sticky stuff should I use?

Make sure to use a non-greasy silicone sealant.
