in dash monitor?
i'm lookin around on ebay for an in dash monitor cuz i' gonna do a carputer set up, are all the in dash monitor motorized? if not how do they come out?

there all bsicly the same.. motorized ones means u push a buttona nd the motors open it and fold it up
no motorized means u push and it pops out then u pull it out an dfold it up
any would work. u may want to look into a touch screen depending on budget. there ice with car puters

i think i'm gonna use that monitor and cuzto build a media center pc, and put the dvd/cd-rw underneath the screen in a double din, then relocate my normal hu down to the cig lighter, sound good?
im working relocating the head unit down there and trust me....its gonna be a beatch! i lost a lot of skin n blood cutting that metal support behind the cig area...ji87 can back me up on this

if youw anan run that course
put the screen in the top din. put the HU in the lower din. then pop your roof panel and behind the mirror put a slim sline usb dvd drive in there.. seent hat done. sclean as hell
