'04 Headunit Wireing? info..?
im about to pull out the head iunit. i dont have a wireing kit for it.. will this kill me for replacing. do i NEEd one?
since most of the wires for speakers and power will be re run. i will be needing the 12vdc that runs to the ignition, and the rear speakers.
aside form that and the antenna its all being re run. will i be ok to do this?
i looked over the site but was not able to find a wire guide on the inside of that console..
anyone know a colour code chart?
thanks!!

I recently did my 05 the Metra harness, # 70-1721 is the correct one. (dont cut the factory wires)
www.metraonline.com
I used a Metra 99-7899 mounting kit, going to have to go back and do some more work. (rattle on HU and cage and poor fit on kit) it looks o.k.
Check out the DIYs and and headunit post here, there is a lot of info. It can be a little tricky the first time on these.

You're wanting a wiring schematic no? J187(I believe) posted one somewhere on here. Search for posts made by him and you should find it.
EDIT: Found a few thread for ya...
