Need help suspension

Can any one explain to me how I can lower the rear on 09 civic I got the springs but I'm not sure how to take out the spring it's not over the shock like most civics.

I also responed to on your wall as what to do and made a new DIY for just springs..but for the rear it will be the same for both..

check 8th gen DIY section..
