Skyline Front Bumper

I was thinking about gettting the front Skyline bumper but it is fiberglass. I would just like to know is the front bumper really that cheap. I mean will it crack too easy. I don't want to get it and crack it. Also how hard was it to put on.

I'm pretty sure the Skyline bumber is NOT fiberglass. It's not hard to put on- have you removed your stock front bumber yet? It's pretty easy.

i've had it for about a week. it is fiberglass. i've scraped a few times, havn't cracked it yet. you're not going to know untill you try. everyone can say how strong or weak it is but it all depends on how you drive with it. its fiberglass so its not as strong as other bumpers but if you liek the look buy it and see.

Yeah, I was lookin into the Skyline kit myself, and CivicChick has answered that question a few times.
Yes, it is fiberglass, and I believe she said that it doesn't fit perfect right out of the box.
You have to do a little bit in order to get it to fit perfect.
And because fiberglass isn't the strongest thing in the world,
it'll probably break if you get in an accident or run into something going pretty fast.
If you don't know how to drive, you shouldn't get this bumper.

Here's a few threads if you haven't already seen them...

Westcoast 1-888-245-9464 Eric it was 250 + 110 shipping. i will say this. just to add my two cents, i will be ordering the rest of my kit from Eric. there are so many people that have had bad luck ordering bodykits. he said it would take 4 days to get here. the kit was here in 4 days. i had no problems with them. again you might pay a little more but at least it isn't going to take a month to get here. the kit comes in 2 parts. at first i didn't think the bottom would fit (i does just got to work with it a little) but i was afraid i would break it. eric was really cool about it he told me if i broke to let him know and he'd send another one for me. again this is just my two cents.
