Civic Grill Interchange

Am considering buying an 07 or 08 Civic EX Coupe. However, I don't really like the stock grill. but do like the chrome grill in the sedan. Are they interchangeable?

i believe so, but i have a 02..

I would also like to know if anyone has any info. I think the stock grills aiint too clever and would love to swap mine
