My poor baby!!! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!

Woke up this morning, went to get some new stuff for my car, you know maybe strut tower bar, whatever, I was undecided. I go to get in the car and see that my DIY lower grill is smashed in!! After further inspection, I can see that the entire black brace area of the lower bumper it is attached to is smashed in as well. So, after ten minutes of beating the h3ll out of everything in my reach I remove the lower grill only to find that not only is my bumper now destroyed, but my a/c condenser is smashed inward as well.
The last I saw my car it was in perfect shape. I parked it behind my mother-in-law's van in the driveway, and came inside and fell asleep. (was way tired, and she was visiting the old lady and kids) Come to find out that when she left, she backed into my car and her tow hitch on her van smashed the lower grill and everything behind it. She didn't even have the guts to come inside and tell me what had happened. Which, for her safety, was pretty smart cause I would have KILLED her!
I have a f*cking $500 deductible, and she has NO insurance. She's gonna pay the deductible, but AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! I still feel death is in order.

Rep Power: 0 Wow. You must really love your car. Don't sweat it dude, its just a dent that can be fixed in no time. There are more important things than the front end of a honda civic. And get some better insurance.

Rep Power: 0 Making a new grill won't fix it. The black lower grill that's part of the bumper is destroyed, and my a/c condenser is punched in pretty good. I have to get a whole new bumper and a/c condenser. I'm going to see if I can get a tsunami lip out of it, but that doesn't make me feel any better. I had planned on keeping my original bumper just like I have with all of my original parts. My car hasn't had so much as a scratch since I bought it in march.....until now!

Rep Power: 0 Hey about 3 months ago I park my Civic on the street. I come back after a couple of hours to find that the left part of the front bumper is completely smashed in. The headlight was laying on the ground. Those people had hit my car and left it there for me to pay for it. I did have insurance but I still had to pay that $500 deductible. All that because somebody hit my car and didn't have the guts or dignity to leave a note and be HUMAN about the situation. Well at least now I know to be very careful about where I park my Civic. There are just too many idiots out there who might harm it.

I thought that you had misunderstood the amount of damage done to his car, and I was just trying to clear that up. I didn't realize that your use of the term "dent" was done in such a generic fashion, since most other people associate this term with minor imperfections only, and not internal damage to your car... [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
