Looking for a part.

Anyone know where I can find that cap thingy under the ebrake? I know it's not the best decription but its below the ebrake and it's like a cover/cap. My car didn't come with one when i got it. So there's like a hole under my ebrake.

hit up a junkyard, walk around, find a civic, slip part #21 in your pocket, walk out. make sure they don't catch you though... prolly break your knees at some places for that...
