Where do you buy parts? Spec AC compressor?
Hi everyone. My girlfriend drives a 2001 Civic. Her AC Compressor went bad, and our local shop wants $390 for a genuine Honda part. I'm admittedly ignorant of who makes decent parts. I've checked RockAuto, who has compressors made by several different manufacturers. Is there any I should look out for?

Partsgeek.com is comparable, sometimes they have more selection.

A compressor obtained through a Honda dealer should be quite a bit higher than that.
You sure they aren't pricing a clutch and coil instead of a complete compressor? That would be more in line with the price figure you wrote.
