Question Buddy Club ground ?

I have searched and haven't found any answers to my questions. I am wondering if the Buddy Club grounding kit's light stays on when the car is off. And if so would this drain the battery over time or cause the unit to have a short life span? Also if anyone has it does it improve the cars go when the AC is running? I would appreciate any help with the Q's I have. And I already know that some people on here think the grounding kits are a stupid idea, but I don't.

The light stays on, but it's just a small LED, so it doesn't make any real impact on battery life when the car is off.
The car is definitely still slower with the AC on. Honestly, if you can spend a bit more cash, you're better off getting the Sun Hyper Ground & Hyper Voltage system. The cables are a lot bigger on that.

Does anyone have the Apexi ground kit? Does it help with the AC power loss problem? I wanted the Sun kit but altogether it's way to expensive over $300!

i am currently running an Apex i Hyper ground unit on my 4 dr D17 and there is definite diffrence in power from stock even when the A/C is on, the mileage has a slight improvement not much to be jumping up and down for or maybe it's because i have a heavy foot. I would definitely recomend the Apex unit to all my friends infact i purchased additional units for the other three cars in my house.

Thanks, I will probably go with the Apex i unit then. Thats the main problem I want it to help with. It drives me nuts when I turn the AC on and it feels like I'm pulling another car behind me. I wouldn't use it at all ,but its just so Hot and HUMID here.

Hate to bring this up again. But does anyone have a pic of the apex i ground unit installed. I need some placement ideas. I'm thinking about going with the Apex i super ground unit with the muffler earth. Also does anyone know what gauge wire comes with this unit (8, 4, etc.). I can't seem to find this information. And what color is the light on the i cruz apexi unit. Thanks
