Happies I think sells them for $38! Five wires, 100% copper, 4ga. These kits are all just audio ground wire with some ring terminals attached. You could even make your own. I don't think it helps much on our cars.

as for ground wire upgrades.... i don't recomend spending alot of money on a pre-made kit.... i made my own with 4 guage car audio power wire and gold ring terminals.... gave me at least 50 horsepower!.... jk.... no noticable power, but headlights don't dim when stereo, defrost AND wipers are on.... defiantely used to!.... also headlights seem a bit brighter and power window seem a little less hesitant when you make 'em all go up together.... the fact that they look siiiiick under the hood doesn't hurt either....

most of the static that you are getting built up isn't from your person you are just the grounding point. all the static that is built up is in the air. most of it happens in the cold for some reason. I don't know if it is worth it to waste your money on a grounding kit. i don't think there is any advantage to having one. besides if you have any sort of stereo installed you would have like huge grounds in your car already.

there is nothing wrong with the civic it is the atmospheric pressure that builds up the charge. if you grow a sack you wouldn't worry about it
