I like my Sylvania Silver Star, the look sweet and much brighter when driving. I think its the brightest for our cars?

Nope, no aftermarket headlight bulb (like MTEC, Luks, Cuzo, PIAA, etc.) is "officially" street legal unless it states it (DOT SAE on bulb metal housing). Although, you can usually get away with it as long as there's no hint (or almost none) of color other than white and amber in the bulb's light output (now during the day is a different story when it's off, any color = illegal). I used to get tickets like crazy 4-5 years ago (these days, not anymore [knocks on wood]), but I guess it's because it's difficult to tell actual HID's vs. Xenon bulbs cops are less likely to pull you over.
