I want the OEM kit, but Hondawerx is the only place that I see has them ($725). And I would prefer to not have my kit come painted, b/c I've been thinking about repainting my whole car, so that would be a waste of $$$. If I didn't get my whole car repainted, I would paint the lip kit a dark gunmetal color, instead of black.

i see. just look for abs/ fiberglass lip kit off ebay. pretty cheap.
Where it says shipping, each item is $110. Does that mean I have to pay for each piece? Probably not, since that sounds absurd. All of that stuff shipped to me for $110 right? Dang, that still costs a lot, but its a good deal..

or tsunami
Rep. Bomex kit.. to the T. I wouldnt buy it if I were you. Fiberglass is crapy enough as it is, much less if you buy a replica glass kit that is not Bomex quality. Later

Tsunami will not fit, unless you cut it...i had to cut mine to fit my intercooler...please don't post that it will fit unless you've actually done it...don't waste somebody's time.

you didn't waste my time...all i'm saying is that before you post that a bumper might fit, check it out first...i have the tsuanami, and yeah, it fits now, but you will absolutely have to cut it....this may be the case for a lot of the bumpers...you may be hard pressed to find a bumper that will fit over that intercooler...either way, good luck ohmysac...

Umm not sure why u would think that everything else is all rice when everything else is what wins in the car shows and i dont think i have ever stoped and been like "Damn thats a nice OEM lip kit that car is hot" Sorry its just not a real eye catcher....just my 2 cents

I agree, whats all this crap about rice? No matter what you do to your car, someone is gonna think its "rice". I think that was a term thought up for people to say when you have something they want, but they cant get it. OEM lip kit is plain, looks nice, but not gonna win any car shows. Body kits look good, none of them are rice, IMO.
there are pros and cons for both fiberglas and urethane...and if you want really good fiberglas, check out bomex...some of the best stuff on earth...i myself use a urethane front end and fiberglas sides and rear

They should make everything outta ABS plastic, then nobody will have anything to say...
About the rice thing, I think that some kits are nice... But sometimes when its an eyecatcher, it catches the eye b/c its ugly! Its like with the lip kit, nobody will have anything bad to say about it, cuz its simple and clean. A lot of kits look nice though. If I had money I'd go with the Erebuni kit. Second would be the Skyline kit.
What I think is rice:
-Altezza lights
-A kit thats been on your car for about a year and not painted
-A muffler, no exhaust
-Big Wing... etc
