How do I fix this. What is it?

I changed my battery and I broke this off. I think it is a battery sensor? I am not sure plus dont know how to fix it. 2013 honda civic. It is attached to the negative side of the battery.

I broke this off but car still runs. How do I fix it? Help! 2013 Honda civic from the negative battery side.

do you see the green ball in the left side?
go to ezone's reply, next to the green ball, there's a white-ish old weight scale icon. Click on it and follow instructions.
