Clicking Sound When Turning

I have a 2007 Honda Civic. Recently I noticed that when I make tight turns I hear a clicking sound. Tight meaning when I turn the steering wheel half the past way point. It sounds like it’s coming from the front axle but I’m no mechanic and have very little experience with cars. Anyone have any ideas what this could be and should I take it to the shop?

Definitely sounds like your axles are going out.
